The terms on which Kilsby Printed Clothing supplies quotes, accepts orders and delivers printed workwear and custom clothing.
About these terms
These terms apply to all quotes and orders placed with Kilsby Printed Clothing ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@kilsbyprintedclothing.co.uk or 07712 536743.
Quotes
All quotes are provided in good faith based on the garment type, quantity, print position and artwork you tell us about. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and do not constitute a binding offer until an order is confirmed.
Orders & approval
An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it in writing. Before printing, we will send you a visual proof for approval. It is your responsibility to check spellings, colours, sizes and layout carefully. We are not liable for errors that you approve in the proof.
Artwork & design
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any artwork or logos you supply to us. We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or is offensive. Where we create or amend artwork on your behalf, a proof will be supplied for your approval.
Turnaround times
We aim to turn around standard orders within 48 hours of artwork approval, subject to garment availability. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. If we expect a delay we will let you know as soon as we can.
Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required before printing begins. We do not store card details — payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery costs, where applicable, are quoted separately. We deliver using reputable couriers and aim to ensure goods arrive in good condition. Any delivery dates given are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns & reprints
As printed items are made to order, they cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty or not as approved in your proof. If goods are faulty or not as approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or reprint.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before artwork approval at no cost. Once artwork has been approved and printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as the work has been committed.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a delayed, faulty or non-conforming order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
