Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Kilsby Printed Clothing collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Kilsby Printed Clothing ("we", "us") is a DTF printing workshop based in Kilsby, near Rugby, Warwickshire. We print branded workwear and custom clothing for businesses and customers across the Midlands and the UK. You can contact us at hello@kilsbyprintedclothing.co.uk or 07712 536743.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, place an order or get in touch, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any artwork or design files you share with us. We do not ask for or store card or payment details — payments are handled securely by our payment provider.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, answer enquiries, and keep you updated on the progress of your work. We may also use your contact details to let you know about offers or services, but only if you have asked us to.

Sharing your information

We only share your information where it is needed to complete your order — for example with our courier or garment suppliers. We never sell your details to third parties or use them for marketing unless you have given us permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and quote records for as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymise them. Design files are kept only for as long as needed to support reorders, unless you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request that we delete it, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kilsbyprintedclothing.co.uk and we will respond without undue delay and within one month.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to customer details is limited to the people in our workshop who need it to fulfil your order.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
